After you’ve made the soup, just follow the diet plan, as follows:
Day 1
Eat three bowls of the cabbage soup a day, plus as much more soup as you want and as much fruit as you want except for bananas. Also drink at least 8 glasses of water.
Day 2
Eat three bowls of the cabbage soup a day, plus al the vegetables you want and all the extra soup you want. No peas, beans, or corn allowed, but for dinner you’re allowed to have a baked potato with butter. Make sure you’re drinking your water.
Day 3
Eat at least three bowls of the cabbage soup and as many fruits and vegetables as you’d like throughout the day. No potatoes allowed tonight. Drink your water!
Day 4
Today is banana day! Have at least three bowls of cabbage soup and as many as 8 bananas today. You’re also allowed to have skim milk today. If today feels like dessert day, that’s the goal! Don’t forget your 8 glasses of water.
Day 5
Today we introduce a protein like beef, fish or chicken. You’re allowed as much as 20 ounces of beef and 6 tomatoes in addition to at least two bowls of cabbage soup. Today it’s really important that you drink all your water.
Day 6
You’re allowed to eat beef again today with as many vegetables as you Want. Make sure you eat at least one bowl of the cabbage soup and lots of water.
Day 7
Last day! Today eat at least one bowl of cabbage soup with brown rice. You can also treat yourself to unsweetened fruit juice in addition to your 8 glasses of water and as many vegetables as you’d like.
